The Internship in Driveability & Vehicle Calibration at Automobili Lamborghini is a 6-month immersive program based at the Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters in the Vehicle Application & Controls Department. This internship offers students and fresh graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in powertrain development, vehicle dynamics, and advanced calibration processes within a dynamic and international automotive environment. Interns will actively support Lamborghini’s engineering team in simulation, benchmarking, and software development, contributing directly to high-performance vehicle innovation starting from February 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering. Candidates must have fluency in English; knowledge of Italian and German is an added advantage. Applicants must possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, teamwork ability, and goal-oriented mindset. Availability for a full-time 6-month internship from February 2026 is mandatory. Applicants must show a strong passion for the automotive sector and eagerness to learn.

Interns will: Support powertrain modelling and simulation activities. Assist in longitudinal dynamic calibration of vehicles. Conduct benchmark comparisons with industry standards. Contribute to powertrain system target setting. Support software development using experimental data and simulations. Collaborate closely with engineers and technical teams on real projects. Document findings and support technical reporting.
