The Design Student Internship at CannonDesign offers architecture students the opportunity to work under the guidance of licensed architects and project leaders within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Interns gain hands-on exposure to real-world architectural design, documentation, visualization, and project development. This role allows students to contribute to innovative design solutions while learning from a global firm known for its Living-Centered Design approach and commitment to social impact, sustainability, and equitable design.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (accredited program preferred). Strong creative design portfolio demonstrating design ability and conceptual thinking. Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a project team. Proficiency in Revit and Enscape preferred. Required proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and basic architectural design software. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Mumbai.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Support the design process using software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and Grasshopper. Build physical architectural models to support concept development. Produce architectural drawings, documentation, and presentation materials. Create graphic content and visuals for client presentations. Assist with product research and materials selection. Participate in reviewing construction-phase documentation. Attend in-house project team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Perform additional project-related tasks as required.
