Through initiatives like Udhyam Shiksha and Udhyam Vyapaar, the organization empowers students and nano-businesses across India. As part of the Saksham Program, Udhyam is looking for a Data Intern to support data entry, analysis, and communication tasks remotely. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless implementation of the Saksham Program across government partner schools in Maharashtra. Interns will get hands-on exposure to program implementation and data-driven decision-making in the social impact sector.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field. Basic experience in data entry and management is required. Candidates must be proficient in Marathi (reading and speaking); knowledge of English is a plus. Should have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with teachers and principals. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. A laptop, stable internet connection, and availability of 5 hours/day (10 AM to 6 PM) are mandatory. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Mumbai (Maharashtra).

Responsibilities
Interns will: Enter and manage data collected from school visits into dashboards or sheets. Maintain accuracy and completeness of program-related data. Draft and post updates on teacher WhatsApp groups and other communication channels. Track program progress using data tools and summarize findings for the team. Create simple designs (posters or videos) using Canva. Support the team with general administrative tasks during program implementation.
