Responsibilities
Interns will: Understand client business challenges and act as a trusted technical advisor for cloud and AI adoption. Support migration, deployment, and adoption of IBM’s Hybrid Cloud and AI solutions. Facilitate use-case discovery workshops and assist in building client value realization models. Lead and support technical discussions aligned with customer requirements. Assist in creating solution architectures, MVPs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Develop post-deployment customer success plans to drive product adoption. Work closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to support revenue growth and renewals. Communicate complex technical information in a clear, client-friendly manner. Support ongoing customer engagement and success metrics tracking.
