As part of our fast-growing AMER RUN team, the Customer Application Engineer Intern will support clients in the post-go-live phase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with both Public and Private Sector clients, gather business requirements, learn Ivalua products, configure and customize solutions, and assist in resolving technical operational issues. You will be immersed in a collaborative environment that values innovation, problem-solving, and professional growth.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must have 0+ years of experience in software development, preferably in C#, .NET, and SQL Server. Applicants must have 0+ years of experience in a client-facing role. Candidates must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined under U.S. export control laws (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylum seekers). Must be available to work 40 hours per week for the 6-month internship. Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days in-office per week). Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills are required.
