Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Recent graduate or final-year student in BCA, B.Com, or related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, Pivot Tables preferred). Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks. Familiarity with Freshdesk, CRMs, or dashboards (preferred but not mandatory). Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Pune.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Perform daily/weekly audits of property data, including pricing, availability, offers, and amenities. Ensure content, images, and videos meet quality standards across property listings. Use Excel/Google Sheets to update and maintain audit trackers. Identify issues and coordinate with internal teams (Data Entry, Supply) for resolution. Conduct basic Freshdesk/email QA audits under supervision. Prepare reports and QA performance summaries for management. Contribute to process documentation (SOPs) and suggest improvements.
