As a Content Development Intern in the Product Operations and Learning Team, you will contribute to creating high-quality documentation for Epicor products. This includes writing user guides, implementation manuals, how-to articles, and process walkthroughs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Testers, to ensure that the product documentation is accurate, clear, and valuable to customers.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Fresher with a Master’s degree in English Literature or Journalism (preferred) OR a degree in Technical Writing, Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Strong fluency in oral and written English. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or other desktop publishing tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work both independently and within teams. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Bangalore.

Simplify technical concepts into clear, conversational content. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
