The Intern – Construction Management position is offered by WSP Polska under its Investment Management Department in Warsaw. This internship provides an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team responsible for comprehensive construction and investment project management. Interns will support Project Managers in daily operations, assist with documentation and reporting, and contribute to technical and commercial offer preparation. The role offers hands-on exposure to real investment projects across sectors such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, aerospace, and construction materials.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a technical higher education degree (e.g., Civil Engineering or Project Management). Students in the 4th or 5th year of part-time studies are welcome to apply. Applicants must demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Very good command of English is required. Applicants should be detail-oriented, reliable, communicative, and able to work in a team. A valid Category B driving license is required. Prior experience in a similar role, public procurement, client relations, or CAD software knowledge will be considered an advantage.
