Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Technology. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Passionate about education, student life, and community engagement. Prior experience in student councils, clubs, or online community platforms is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as: Slack, Discord, WhatsApp Canva, Notion, Google Workspace Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore (Karnataka).

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Actively interact with students on platforms like Slack, WhatsApp, and Discord. Keep the conversation lively by sharing updates, resources, and milestones. Organize and host virtual events, Q&A sessions, contests, and peer learning initiatives. Develop and manage content calendars. Create community posts, newsletters, polls, and highlights using tools like Canva. Collect student feedback and track community health and sentiment. Suggest improvements for engagement and communication. Work closely with academic, tech, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and support. Assist in welcoming new students, introducing them to the community norms and channels. Support their initial experience through onboarding sessions and guidance.
