The IBM Client Engineering Internship for the academic year 2025–26 offers aspiring technology professionals an opportunity to work directly with IBM’s cutting-edge Hybrid Cloud, Data/AI, Automation, and Security solutions. As part of IBM’s dynamic Client Engineering team, interns participate in developing real-time pilot solutions, supporting enterprise clients, and contributing to high-impact technical sales engagements. This internship allows students to collaborate with experienced engineers, understand complex customer requirements, build technical solutions, and gain hands-on experience with cloud computing, microservices, Kubernetes deployments, and IBM’s extensive product ecosystem. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The applicant must be a student or recent graduate from an engineering school with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. The candidate must possess strong technical aptitude and interest in cloud technologies, AI, automation, and enterprise solutions. The applicant should have basic knowledge of at least one coding or scripting language. The candidate must demonstrate good problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. The applicant should have effective communication skills suitable for client-facing technical discussions. The candidate must understand cloud concepts, including compute, networking, storage, and security. The applicant should have basic understanding of microservices and the ability to deploy applications on Kubernetes. A collaborative and customer-centric mindset with willingness to learn is essential. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon & Noida.
