Interns will work closely with the engineering team to enhance product efficiency, develop scalable CO2 capture methods, and support prototype builds while gaining hands-on experience in an innovative, impact-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: BS/MS in Chemical Engineering. Knowledge and experience in process engineering, reactor design, or carbon capture technologies. Hands-on experience with sorbent development, gas separation, and CO2 handling. Familiarity with lab-scale and pilot-scale equipment, process modeling (e.g., Aspen), and process control automation. Understanding of atmospheric chemistry, air purification, and handling toxic/hazardous chemicals. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience with startups or industrial plant troubleshooting is a plus. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Mumbai.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Design experiments for early-stage product development. Support prototype builds for particulate and CO2 capture technologies. Conduct testing and optimization of particulate matter capture. Optimize sorbents and processes for direct air CO2 capture efficiency. Research and develop methods for recycling and disposal of spent sorbents. Explore alternate CO2 storage solutions. Contribute to design processes for large-scale CO2 capture. Create work instructions and process documentation for manufacturing transfer. Conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshoot yield/process issues, and support failure analysis.
