The AI-Powered Global Building Energy Assessment Solutions Challenge, launched by EnergyBright (Ireland) in collaboration with Multiverz, aims to revolutionize the way building energy assessments are conducted worldwide. With over 250 million buildings requiring assessments and current processes taking 1–6 weeks, this challenge calls for AI-driven innovations that can reduce assessment time to under 24 hours while maintaining compliance with international energy standards. Participants are invited to design scalable, automated solutions leveraging computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive modeling to streamline data collection, improve accuracy, and enhance global decarbonization efforts. The challenge supports the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly focusing on energy efficiency, sustainable cities, and climate action.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: The challenge is open globally to individuals, teams, startups, and organizations with expertise in AI, data science, architecture, or energy systems. Applicants must demonstrate innovative thinking and a strong understanding of building energy assessment processes. Submissions should include a technically feasible solution that aligns with regulatory and sustainability objectives. Participants must be able to design or propose a prototype or model capable of integration with existing national or global energy standards. Collaborative entries from universities, research institutions, and private organizations are encouraged. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Remote.
