Applicants must meet the following criteria: Graduate or post-graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or a related field. Must have cleared or be pursuing 2–3 Actuarial examinations. Basic understanding of retirement benefits and retiree medical (OPEB) plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word. Knowledge of VBA, R, SQL, or SAS will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible with work timings and comfortable working in a team environment. Highly motivated to pursue a long-term career as an Actuary. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, available in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities
Interns will: Assist in actuarial valuation and compliance work for Retirement and Post-Retirement Medical (OPEB) plans. Support funding valuations, accounting valuations, and government form preparation. Perform employee benefit calculations. Help prepare valuation reports, disclosures, and expense reports. Develop benefit coding to replicate actuarial valuations using legacy tools. Analyze and contribute to special retirement and benefit consulting projects. Provide day-to-day operational support to consulting teams in India and the USA. Maintain a healthy and consistent billing rate throughout the year.
