SUHRID MLA Scholarship 2024
The SUHRID MLA Scholarship, introduced by the Transformation & Development Department of Assam, provides financial assistance for healthcare and education to support underprivileged students across Assam. The scheme aims to offer support to underprivileged students, ensuring they can continue their education and access necessary healthcare facilities. Each MLA has an additional fund per constituency dedicated to aiding eligible residents.
Documents Required

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam. This scholarship is exclusively open to both the genders. This scholarship is exclusively open to all categories. Students must be in Class 10 or above are eligible to apply. Applicants must be a resident of the constituency. Other Conditions: Only one beneficiary per family per financial year. Repeat assistance may be granted for the entire duration of the course, subject to yearly application. Vocational education for General Category students is eligible if recognized by a government institution or under PMKVY. Immediate family members, relatives of MLAs, government employees, and their dependents are not eligible.
