The Chhattisgarh government, through its Social Welfare Department, disbursed over INR 165 crore to more than 2,75,000 students as part of the CG Scholarship. The amount awarded has nearly doubled compared to previous years. The Shiksha Sahayog Scholarship scheme provides education grants to students from pre-matric to post-matric levels every six months. Additionally, students pursuing professional education have received scholarships and grants under the Shiksha Protsahan scheme.
