SAAKAAR Scholarship 2024
The SAAKAAR Scholarship is a program aimed at supporting the children (including legally adopted children) of current third-party staff members of Tech Mahindra Ltd (TML) and its subsidiaries. The scholarship helps these children continue their higher education, covering various levels including Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), Diploma courses (from recognized government or private institutions), 3/4-year bachelor’s degree programs, and Professional Post-Graduate programs (with special approval). Additionally, the scholarship may support competitive exam coaching or tuition classes. The scholarship not only considers academic merit but also takes the financial needs of the students into account, making it a need-based and merit-based scholarship.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Applicants ID Proof Bonafide Certificate from the educational institution. Recommendation Letter from a full-time TML employee who has been employed with the company for at least two years. Proof of Academic Performance Bank Account Details of the applicant Other Relevant Documents (If Applicable)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Citizens of India. This scholarship is exclusively open to both the genders. This scholarship is exclusively open to all categories. The applicant must be the child (including legally adopted) of a current third-party staff member of Tech Mahindra Ltd (TML) or its subsidiaries. Applicants must score at least 60% marks/grades each year to qualify for renewal of the scholarship for the subsequent year of study. Only one applicant per family is eligible to receive the scholarship within a single financial year. Course Requirements: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Diploma courses (affiliated to a recognized government or private institute) 3/4-year bachelor’s degree programs Professional Post-Graduate programs (special approval required) Competitive exam coaching/tuition fees (if applicable)
