Documents Required
  • One passport-size photograph
  • Photocopies of the statements of marks
  • Photo copy Ration card.
  • Photocopy of caste certificate
  • Photocopy of the document which shows the income of your family.
  • Photocopy of Bank Statement of Parent
  • One page written or typed in Gujarati or English explaining why they deserve the scholarship and what they hope their child will achieve through the scholarship (To be written by parents in the case of child under 12 and by child in the case of child over 12)

    Eligibility Criteria
  • The total annual income of the family should be less than 3 lacs.
  • The applicant must be a resident of Mumbai or must have family in Mumbai with whom the student can live.
  • The scholarship will be automatically renewed on a yearly basis if the student continues to meet the requirements.
  • The scholarship will be discontinued if the student fails in any subject during the academic year or violates any school rules and regulations.
  • The form should be clearly and completely filled, especially if the candidate is filling it manually.
  • All the information/questions are mandatory to fill, and the form should meet all requirements.
  • Trust will not consider the form that has not been filled properly.
  • In case of failure to submit any documents as requested, the trust will not consider the applicant’s form.
