Eligibility Criteria
For Undergraduate Applicants: Must be applying for a bachelor’s degree for the first time. Must possess a high school diploma with a minimum "Good" grade. Must be a non-Kazakhstan citizen (international students only). Must be proficient in English, Russian, or Kazakh. Must submit medical certificates including an HIV/AIDS report. Documents in languages other than English, Kazakh, or Russian must be translated and notarized. For Postgraduate (Master’s) Applicants: Must be applying for a master’s degree for the first time. Must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent. Must provide proof of language proficiency in English, German, French, or Chinese (e.g., IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 46). Must submit medical certificates including an HIV/AIDS report. All documents not in English, Russian, or Kazakh must be translated and notarized. For Doctoral (PhD) Applicants: Must be applying for a PhD degree for the first time. Must hold a master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent. Must submit a valid language proficiency certificate in English, German, French, or Chinese. Must provide a dissertation proposal written in English, Kazakh, or Russian. Must submit medical certificates including an HIV/AIDS report. Non-English, Kazakh, or Russian documents must be translated and notarized.
