Bazm e Niswan Scholarship 2024
The Bazm-e-Niswan Scholarship scheme is a beacon of hope for meritorious female students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, providing them the opportunity to pursue higher education that may otherwise be out of reach. Founded in 1974, this initiative has transformed the lives of over 55,000 young women.
Documents Required
Applicants submit the following documents: Recent passport-sized photograph Marks sheet - SSLC / 10th Std Marks sheet - 2nd PUC / 12th Std Marks sheet - Previous examination Aadhaar Card Fee receipt (partial/full payment) for the current year (2024-2025) Disability certificate (if applicable) issued by the Government of Karnataka or a registered doctor on letterhead Death certificate of parent (if applicable for orphans)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be Indian citizens. This scholarship is exclusively available to females from the Muslim community. For Muslim Girl Students studying in Bangalore Colleges only. Applicants must have scored at least 50% in the previous examination. Applicants must provide a receipt of fees paid (partial or full) for the current year (2024-2025). Applicants must be eligible to receive Zakat amount. Separate funds are reserved for poor & deserving “SYED” students. Fresh Applications: Eligible for students currently studying in: 1st PUC 1st Year Diploma (Polytechnic/Paramedical/D.Ed) 1st Year Undergraduate Degree (BA, BBA, BCA, BCom, BSc) 1st Year Post Graduation (MA, MBA, MCA, MCom, MSc) Renewal Applications: Eligible for students currently studying in: 2nd PUC 2nd or 3rd Year Diploma (Polytechnic/Paramedical/D.Ed) 2nd or 3rd Year Undergraduate Degree (BA, BBA, BCA, BCom, BSc) 2nd or 3rd Year Post Graduation (MA, MBA, MCA, MCom, MSc) who received the Bazm-e-Niswan Scholarship in 2023-2024.
