We’re seeking a reliable and confident individual passionate about engaging with and supporting our global customers. As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll be instrumental in helping customers maximize their use of Rocketlane, acting as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and product expert. You'll need to dig deep into customer issues, ask insightful questions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve challenges effectively. Empathy and clear communication are key, as you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our engineering and product teams.
