Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or completed. Strong understanding of CMOS circuit design. Course work in VLSI design (microelectronics). Experience in transistor-level simulations (preferably using SPICE/Spectre). Knowledge of scripting languages (TCL, Perl, Shell, SKILL). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate across global teams. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bangalore (Karnataka).

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Design and implement analog/digital/mixed-signal circuits for CPUs/GPUs. Develop circuits for high-speed IPs like Serdes, ADC/DAC, LDOs, and MIPI. Perform synthesis and physical implementation for high-speed memory interfaces (DDR/GDDR). Engage in pre-silicon validation and testing of IPs. Understand power, performance, and area trade-offs during the design process. Work with cutting-edge technology nodes and participate in design reviews. Understanding design specifications and architectures. Designing custom CMOS circuit implementations. Creating measurements and Verilog models. Generating timing diagrams. Optimizing circuit behavior for performance. Collaborating with mask designers to provide specs for device geometries, placement, and routing. Verifying circuit specifications using tools like Hspice and Nanosim.
