The Summer Undergraduate Research Exposure (SURE) 2025 is a prestigious internship program initiated by the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT-H). This program offers 250 internship opportunities, with a dedicated quota of 100 spots reserved for female candidates. The SURE program aims to expose undergraduate students to research and innovation under the guidance of IIT-H faculty members. This internship is designed for non-IIT students from Tier II and III institutes, providing them with an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on research experience across 18 departments at IIT-H. The program encourages students to explore research in their field of study and develop a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Only students from non-IIT Hyderabad institutions are eligible to apply. Educational Qualification: Students in their 1st year of MSc (in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology). Students in their 1st year of MA. Students in the 2nd/3rd year of B.Tech./B.Des. (all branches). Students in the 3rd/4th year of the Integrated B.Tech.-M.Tech. program. Academic Performance: Applicants must be among the top 20% of their class based on their CGPA or percentage in the previous years of study. This must be certified by the Head of the Institute/Principal at the time of application. The applicant must be a full-time/regular student at the time of application and during the internship period. The applicant should be able to commit to working full-time for a minimum of one month. Part-time or online internships are not permitted. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Hyderabad (Telangana).
