    Eligibility Criteria
  • These internships are applicable to Medical, Bachelors, Masters and Engineering degree's fields.

    Finance SSC Internship:
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of new procedures and improvements.
  • Manage invoice archiving and vendor requests.
  • Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Resolve invoice-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Ensure alignment with global processes and controls.
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2/3 years of experience in P2P.
  • Financial qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • SAP experience and knowledge of eInvoicing are desirable.

    Information Technology Internship:
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Availability for full-time engagement.
  • On-site work as per labor regulations governing internships.
  • Pursuing studies in mathematics, computer science, computer engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and teamwork skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous situations.
    Quality Assurance Internship:
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing the process of receiving, accepting, and approving raw materials used in drug manufacturing.
  • Optimizing procedures governing departmental processes.
  • Conducting field checks to ensure process compliance and gathering feedback from departments.
  • Applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards underlying procedures.
  • Participating in the management process of external suppliers.
  • Utilizing computer systems to support raw material management and storage processes.
  • Formulating optimization proposals.
  • Collaborating with the QA team, warehouse supervisors, cross-functional department teams, and supplier management team.
    Minimum Qualification:
  • Master's degree in scientific disciplines.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong team-working attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Process Engineer Internship:
    Minimum Qualification:
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Automation).
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proactive and organized with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative mindset.

    Medical Affairs, Operations & Capabilities Internship:
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore digital solutions to enhance field medical productivity and external collaborations.
  • Support consultancy meeting management and scientific exchange meeting planning and execution.
  • Develop business solutions to track field medical activities and establish partnerships with scientific experts in alignment with Lilly Canada SOPs.
  • Contribute to Medical Affairs team meetings to ensure timely training and launch of new capabilities.
  • Enhance SharePoint site usage by the broader Medical Affairs team.
    Minimum Qualification:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences with plans to return to school in the fall.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, collaborative approach, and team player attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
