The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Puttur Division, is inviting applications from candidates interested in full-time technical training under the Apprenticeship Act of 1961. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicants must be permanent residents of Karnataka. This internship is exclusively open to all genders. This internship is exclusively open for General, OBC & SC/ST categories. Applicants must meet a minimum age requirement: 18 years. Applicants must meet the maximum age for SSLC-qualified candidates: 21 years. Reservations will be provided as per government norms for SC/ST and children of ex-servicemen. Available Positions: The KSRTC Puttur Division is seeking applications for apprentice positions. Candidates with ITI qualifications can apply for the following roles: Mechanic Diesel (25 positions) Electronics Mechanic Electrician Motor Mechanic Vehicle Welder Fitter Motor Vehicle Body Builder Mechanic Automobile PASAA For candidates with SSLC qualifications, there are 30 vacant positions for Mechanic Diesel. The training duration for SSLC-qualified candidates is set at two years.

As an intern, you will receive: For ITI-qualified candidates: Rs. 7,708 per month for a one-year duration. For SSLC-qualified candidates: Rs. 7,708 per month in the first year, and Rs. 8,809 per month in the second year.
Instructions
Application Process: Eligible candidates must submit their applications in person at the Divisional Office, KSRTC, Mukrampady, Darbe, Puttur, between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM on weekdays and between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM on Saturdays by August 25, 2024. Interview Details: Candidates must attend a walk-in interview with original documents at 10:00 AM on August 30, 2024. They should bring two copies each of their Aadhar card, bank passbook, Aadhar number linked bank account confirmation letter, email ID, original educational certificates, and caste certificate.
