ICRO Amrit Internship Program 2024
Indian Potash Limited (IPL), a leading player in agrarian growth and farmer prosperity, has established the IPL Centre for Rural Outreach (ICRO) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. This initiative, in collaboration with the National Productivity Council (NPC), aims to enhance rural productivity and capacity development among youth. Objectives of the ICRO Amrit Internship Program: Promote Productivity Skills: Enhance vocational skills related to productivity among youth and rural communities. Agricultural Awareness: Increase awareness about improving agricultural productivity. Youth Network Development: Create a network of skilled youth entrepreneurs for rural settings. Knowledge Improvement: Work towards enhancing knowledge resources related to youth engagement. Environmental Sustainability: Ensure sustainability and conservation of natural resources.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen with Aadhar. Educational Qualification: Class 12th pass, Diploma holders, Graduates, or Final Year Graduation pursuing candidates. Preference for those with qualifications in agriculture or related sectors. Age Limit: 18-45 years. Duration: Initial Period: 3 months, with the possibility of renewal up to 4 times. Availability: Throughout the year, with terms effective from the date of joining. Note: Interns will be placed at NPC and IPL Headquarter and Regional Offices.

Stipend: Amount: ₹6,000 per month. No transportation or additional allowances are provided. A completion certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the internship.

Non-Disclosure: Confidentiality: Interns must not disclose any proprietary or confidential information during or after the internship. Violations may result in action by NPC/IPL/ICRO. Termination: By NPC/IPL/ICRO: May terminate any intern’s engagement for discipline or misconduct without assigning reasons. The decision is final. By Intern: Interns can leave the program with a prior notice of seven working days but will not receive a certificate. General Conditions: No Employment Guarantee: The internship does not guarantee employment with NPC/IPL/ICRO. Accuracy of Information: Internship offers are based on provided information and may be voided if errors are found. Information Security: Interns must not remove any information about the organization’s software, hardware, or policies. No Claims: No claims can be made against IPL/NPC/ICRO regarding the internship.
