Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, dedicated to driving consumer and merchant engagement on its platform by offering a variety of payment solutions. We provide consumers with services such as utility payments and money transfers, enabling payments through Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag, and Paytm Postpaid (Buy Now, Pay Later). For merchants, we offer acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway, facilitating payment aggregation through PPI and other banks’ financial instruments. Additionally, Paytm enhances merchant business through advertising and the Paytm Mini App Store, while also providing credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced through our financial partners.
The Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in recruiting, tracking, interviewing job candidates, and onboarding new employees. This function is crucial to the overall success of the Human Resources (HR) department.
