We provide consumers with services such as utility payments and money transfers, enabling payments through Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag, and Paytm Postpaid (Buy Now, Pay Later). For merchants, we offer acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway, facilitating payment aggregation through PPI and other banks’ financial instruments. Additionally, Paytm enhances merchant business through advertising and the Paytm Mini App Store, while also providing credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced through our financial partners. The Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in recruiting, tracking, interviewing job candidates, and onboarding new employees. This function is crucial to the overall success of the Human Resources (HR) department.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: Graduation or currently pursuing a postgraduate degree. Expectations/Requirements: Source profiles according to business needs. Schedule and brief candidates about the role. Manage stakeholder communications when necessary. Drive the entire recruitment process. Capture and update data on Management Information Systems (MIS). Assist with other HR activities. Skills That Will Help You Succeed: Be a go-getter and individual contributor. Possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Have a positive learning attitude. Minimum qualification is Graduation; pursuing an MBA in HR is preferred. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Noida (Uttar Pradesh (Remote)).
