The Collection Executive will work on collecting overdue amounts from delinquent customer accounts while maintaining customer service and adhering to compliance policies and Indian laws. The role also includes data management and learning the financial services collection process.

The candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office tools. Competencies and Skills: The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and explore career opportunities in the financial services industry. The candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the state. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage. A willingness to travel and establish strong field connections is required. The candidate should be capable of working in a process-driven organization.
