Safety Awareness: Trainees must be informed of potential hazards at the refinery, including explosions, toxic releases, and fires.

No Benefits: IOCL will not provide transport, boarding, lodging, or stipend during the internship.

Eligibility: Engineering trainees must have completed the 4th semester, with the mark sheet available at the time of application.

NOC Requirement: A NOC must be submitted in the prescribed format on the college letterhead.

Training Schedule: Trainees must follow the provided schedule during the training period.

Gate Pass: Two passport-size photos and original photo ID are required for gate pass issuance.

ID and Safety Gear: Trainees must have a valid college ID, original gate pass, safety shoes, and helmet before entering the refinery.

Insurance: Trainees must have accidental insurance coverage of at least ₹1 lakh from a recognized insurer.

Daily Work Diary: Trainees must maintain a work diary, signed by their supervisor, and present it upon request.

Project Report: A project report must be submitted and approved to receive the training completion certificate.

Rules and Regulations: Trainees must comply with IOCL's rules, which may change over time.

No Employment Guarantee: The internship does not guarantee future employment at IOCL.

Duration: The internship duration is between 30 to 60 days.

Prohibited Items: Laptops, pen drives, and mobile phones are not allowed in the refinery.
