First Prize: €10,000

Commission: The first-ranked participant will be commissioned by the Municipality of Stara Zagora to develop a technical and detailed investment project.

The territorial scope includes three distinct areas:

Zone 1: Central department store area, including underground parking and a plaza, with the Eski Mosque as a key feature, now converted into the Museum of Religions.

Zone 2: Area between "Tsar Ivan Shishman" Str. and "Petar Parchevich" Str., characterized by commercial functions along "Pazarska" Str.

Zone 3: Market-dominated area with vibrant commercial spaces, offices, restaurants, and summer cafes with outdoor seating.

Focus: Architectural design and urban development
