Tactical Urbanism NOW! 2026 is the 6th edition of an international architecture and urban design competition organized by TerraViva Competitions. The competition invites participants to propose innovative, temporary, and lightweight urban interventions that respond to everyday challenges in public spaces. Inspired by the concept of urban acupuncture, the competition focuses on small-scale, adaptable design solutions that can trigger long-term transformations. Participants are encouraged to explore overlooked, underused, or contested urban areas worldwide and demonstrate how tactical design can generate immediate impact while shaping the future of public spaces.
