Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria: This internship is exclusively open for Bachelors & Engineering in related fields. Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and tools like TIA Portal and FactoryTalk. Experience with communication protocols (HTTP, SOAP, WebSocket, Profinet, Modbus, RS232). Knowledge of OPC servers (Matrikon OPC, PTC OPC) and historian systems (OSIPI). Skills in Java, C++, HTML, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with RPA tools. Knowledge of network analysis using Wireshark and cloud services like Azure and AWS. Note: This internship is exclusively available in India. Specifically, in Bengaluru (Karnataka).

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will: Hardware Integration: Develop integrations with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley). Use TIA Portal and FactoryTalk for programming. Implement communication protocols like Profinet, Modbus, RS232. Software Integration: Integrate applications like LIMS, QMS, SAP Hana, and SAP ECC. Utilize communication protocols such as HTTP, SOAP, WebSocket, and UDP. Work with OPC servers (Matrikon OPC, PTC OPC). Data Management: Manage data using historian systems like OSIPI for efficient storage. Hands-on Development: Develop solutions using Java, C++, HTML, and JavaScript. Automate integration processes using RPA tools like Selenium and Microsoft Power Automate. Embedded Systems Integration: Work with microcontroller platforms such as ESP32 and Arduino. Security & Authentication: Implement secure communication mechanisms like Single Sign-On (SSO) and IPSEC tunnels. Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support for integration issues. Network Analysis: Use tools like Wireshark to analyze and troubleshoot network communication protocols.
