Black American and Native/Indigenous American communities in the United States have historically faced systemic inequities, leading to a persistent racial wealth gap. Limited financial resources often hinder access to higher education, restricting career opportunities and perpetuating economic disparities. This scholarship aims to support underserved students who demonstrate financial need and are committed to social justice and community service. By providing financial assistance, the scholarship seeks to empower students to pursue higher education at an accredited college, university, or trade school, helping them build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
